The shipping date (=date of dispatch) you select during the order process will also be included in your confirmation email.
Occasionally, you can change the shipping date (or pick-up date for collection at a pick-up station) by contacting our support team before dispatch/pick-up. However, we ask for your understanding that such changes cannot always be implemented in time, especially during peak season, and that the handover of our shipments to the shipping service providers already takes place during the day.
Therefore, please make sure to carefully select the shipping date during the ordering process and to choose "express shipping" for urgent deliveries during the order process
NOTE: Should you contact our team for a retrospective addition of the registered mail or express option, please be sure to do so with your explicit consent for us to debit the additional cost from your lodged payment method. This is the quickest and easiest way for us to process your request.
