According to our General Terms and Conditions, perforated Austria vignettes cannot be returned after dispatch, orders for annual vignettes (Switzerland or Austria) can be revoked within the revocation/withdrawal period of 14 days. 

Please inform us via our online form under the correct subject (Revocation of an Order) and we will, of course, take care of the refund upon receipt of the return shipment of your unused and undamaged vignette.

ATTENTION: We do not refund special shipping services (express or registered mail) if the revocation takes place after dispatch and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping.
