Generally speaking, the batteries in all our toll boxes last for approx. 5 years.

If you have been using your toll box for a considerable length of time, or if your order was placed 5 or more years ago, please contact us or refer to our FAQ section for information on what further steps you can take.

You can view the order date of your toll boxes in your customer account under ‘Orders’ and ‘Active Boxes’. In most cases, this is also the date on which the toll box was first activated.

At the same time, please inform us of your current delivery address (even if this is stored in your customer account) and let us know the date on which you intend to use the device again.

If you have any problems using the toll box, we will of course help you at any time.
