Generally speaking, the batteries in all our toll boxes last for approx. 5 years.

If you have been using your toll box for 5 years or if your order was placed 5 or more years ago, please contact us  5 years after receipt.

At the same time, please inform us of your current delivery address (even if this is stored in your customer account) and let us know the date on which you intend to use the device again.

If you have any problems using the toll box, we will of course help you at any time.
