Generally speaking, the batteries in all our toll boxes last for approx. 5 years.

If you selected the long-term version when you placed your order, please contact us after 5 years of receipt.

If you originally selected the short-term version when placing your order and this has changed to the long-term version, please contact us within 2 years of receipt.

At the same time, please inform us of your current delivery address (even if this is stored in your customer account) and let us know the date on which you intend to use the device again.

If you have any problems using the toll box, we will of course help you at any time.
