For orders to which the right of withdrawal applies and which contain a toll box, the withdrawal period is 14 days after receipt of delivery.

If you decide to cancel, please inform us briefly via the "withdrawal" option in your customer account within this period and then return the toll device to our address:

Please use a bubble envelope for the return or pack the toll box shockproof in an alternative outer packaging. Please note that the return envelope must be sufficiently stamped.

The contract for the corresponding toll box will be automatically terminated upon receipt of the return and you will receive a return confirmation. 

If your return requires a customs declaration, please state the correct value of goods. This is 8,00EUR per toll box. 

 ATTENTION: In case of a revocation after shipping, the standard shipping costs will be refunded - but special options like registered mail or Express Delivery will not be refunded.

A credit note after withdrawal of the toll box / order is only possible if the toll box has not been used. 

If the cancellation period has already expired, the only remaining option is to cancel the contract. For this purpose, the device must also be returned, but refunds of shipping fees, activation fees, annual fees, toll service fees or provision fees are then generally no longer possible.

Upon receipt, we will of course initiate a credit note.
