When lodging your vehicle (license plate number), please always only enter the data of your towing vehicle. Only with our devices for Portugal trailers also have to be considered, however, not lodged.



Trailers never need a separate box in the countries for which we offer automatic toll collection devices! However, please note the regulations in other countries for which we do not offer products.

France


Only the data of the towing vehicle is relevant for the use of our devices for France. Please disregard all trailers. Even if you use the device for light vehicles in France, you can carry any type of trailer as long as your towing vehicle complies with the data for the device for "light vehicles". In any case, your vehicle will be measured and categorised on site at the toll station, but the correct device must always be in the towing vehicle.


 


Spain or Italy


Telepass/VIA-T: Your vehicle will always be measured and categorised on site at the toll station. As long as you have a device that is valid for the country in question, it will work in any towing vehicle if fitted appropriately.


Toll box Iberia: Please make sure that all information fields of the towing vehicle are filled in. Here too, only the towing vehicle is relevant. The categorisation of the towing vehicle is done automatically on site when approaching the toll station.


Toll box Italy: Please make sure that all information fields of the towing vehicle are filled in. Here too, only the towing vehicle is relevant. The categorisation of the towing vehicle is carried out automatically on site when approaching the toll station.

 


Portugal


ViaVerde: This device is divided into 4 different categories. Please pay close attention to the requirements of the categories. Not only the towing vehicle is relevant here, but also a trailer if applicable, but the latter does not have to be stored in the vehicle management of your customer account


Toll box Iberia (Spain and Portugal):Please make sure that all information fields of the towing vehicle are filled in. Here too, only the towing vehicle is relevant. The categorisation of the towing vehicle is carried out automatically on site when approaching the toll station.


 


Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark)


AutoPass: Even with our non-commercial Autopass device (for all vehicles for passenger transport and all commercially used vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes), trailers do not have to be taken into account when ordering. The commercial Autopass is suitable for any commercially used vehicle over 3.5 tonnes (vans that weigh 3.5 tonnes without a trailer, trucks). Please note, however, that the use of the Autopass device is restricted on certain bridges and ferries.


Toll box Scandinavia: Please ensure that all information fields for the towing vehicle are filled in. Here too, only the towing vehicle is relevant. The categorisation of the towing vehicle is carried out automatically on site when approaching the toll station.




Western Europe (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal)
