Since experience shows that plug-in holders are difficult to remove, we recommend turning them (please remove the unit from the holder before doing so).

Experience has shown that it is difficult to remove the holder when you pull on it.

If any residue remains, we recommend using a mild cleaning alcohol or warm soapy water to remove any residue. 

It is not necessary to return the bracket and we recommend simply leaving the brackets attached to the window for future orders.
