After we have received the toll box, it will be booked back into our system and you will receive a return shipment confirmation by e-mail.

If you have not received the email, please check your Spam folder first.

Alternatively, you can also check whether the toll box is still listed in your toll box administration. Only toll boxes that have not been received by tolltickets will be displayed in your toll box management. If the toll box in question is no longer listed, we have received it and the contract has been terminated.
