In your customer account under "Profile" and "Personal Data" you can change all the data already stored and, if necessary, enter new data.


Please always ensure that the data you enter is up-to-date and correct!


After making any changes under "Profile", please click on "Save". You will then return to the menu of your customer account and can check the data. If all the data is now as you want it, the process was successful.


 


Good to know: In the customer account under "Personal Data" you can determine, for example, how and whether you would like to be notified about the provision of new invoices.


IMPORTANT: the name, company name or VAT ID cannot be changed afterwards. These changes must be made via our customer support team. Please use our contact form for this purpose.
