Please ensure that you always store your current address with us in the customer account under "My data".


ATTENTION: If you change the billing address under "My data", you do not change the billing address for your existing orders and current contracts at the same time!


You can update the billing address for existing orders in the customer account under "Orders". If you want to change the address that is listed in the top left-hand corner of your invoices (but is not titled as the billing address on the invoice), please contact our support team. This is the original delivery address and cannot be changed by the customer.
