Please ensure that you your current and complete address with us in the customer account under "My data" is always lodged.
ATTENTION: If you change the billing address under "My data", you do not change the billing address for your existing orders and current contracts!
You can update the billing address for existing orders in the customer account under "Orders". If you want to change the address that is listed at the top left of your invoices (but is not titled as the billing address on the invoice), please contact our support team. This is the original delivery address and cannot be changed by the customer.
