If you selected the long-term version / Tour Tariff when placing your order, please contact us 5 years after receipt. 

 


If you originally selected the short-term version / Go! Tariff when you placed your order, and this has changed to the long-term version, we would ask you to contact us as early as 2 years after receipt. We will be happy to check the age of the toll box and arrange for its replacement if necessary.



Please include your next departure date (the date you plan to use the toll box in question the next time) and your current delivery address in your enquiry and we can arrange for a replacement by return of post if necessary.
