A licence plate change(/vehicle change) via our portal and the associated registration with the toll operator takes place when you carry out the license plate change via the Toll Box Management ("Toll Boxes") in your customer account. 

All devices can be used after re-registration. Depending on the respective product, a license plate change may take up to 24 hours to be registered with the toll operator. tolltickets has no influence on the amount of time each registration with the toll operator can take. Therefore, please plan your journey accordingly.

ATTENTION: License plate changes for an AutoPass device for Scandinavia are no longer possible.
This does not concern the Box Scandinavia (which can be distinguished by the small TT letters directly on the label). For this device, a license plate change may take up to 24 hours.
