Transactions are not transmitted in real time by the toll operator: Your toll transactions may not be invoiced until the next date of settlement or, in the event of delays caused by the toll operator, the next! This means that we receive toll transactions created by you even after we have received your return shipment back and we have no other option but to send you invoices after the "end of the contract".

The transmission of toll transactions from the respective toll operators to us can take up to 12 months.
