Vehicle categories

Our Tolltickets toll box for Italy can only be used with vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. Only the data of the towing vehicle is relevant. Bodies or trailers do not have to be specified, but are automatically measured on site at the toll stations.

The toll box labelled "Telepass" can be used with any vehicle category and trailers do not need to be registered with us. It is also irrelevant what dimensions you have stored for vehicles that you want to link to your Telepass. Your vehicle/trailer combination is always measured and categorised at the toll station on site.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Please make absolutely sure that your toll box is ALWAYS registered to the license plate of the vehicle you are currently using it in.

Transactions can be made with the linked vehicle even if the Telepass is not in the vehicle at all!
