If you have not received a control section (Voucher) by e-mail after booking a Digital Vignette or Section Toll for Austria (not even in the spam folder) and your journey is imminent, check via the validity query of the Austrian toll operator ASFINAG whether a valid Vignette or Section Toll is available for your licence plate number.
If no confirmation appears at ASFINAG, your order with us was not successful and there is no valid Vignette or Section Toll for the specified licence plate/period. We strongly recommend that you purchase a new Vignette or Section Toll to avoid possible penalties.
