The digital route toll can be cancelled within 14 days of the date of purchase.
A change can be made before the digital route toll becomes valid.
An order as a guest can be cancelled or changed within a few minutes.
- If you have ordered Austrian digital toll products as a guest, you can change or cancel them. Go to the account. In the login box you can continue as "Guest" at the bottom.
- Enter the e-mail address you provided when ordering in the guest order.
- Within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with a 6-digit code to your specified e-mail address. Enter this code in the Pin - Code - Verification field.
- In the next step, you will be asked for your order number. The order number can be found in the e-mail with the control section.
- Once you have successfully entered the order number, you will be taken to your order overview.
- Here you can change the licence plate number, the validity period or cancel your order.
- If you successfully change the toll products, you will always receive a change confirmation or order cancellation to your specified e-mail address.
